kame ame house is short for kameoka american house I bought this property about 2 years ago and recently (October 17, 2023) got my business permit under Japan's local regulations, hoops and hassles.
the bedrooms face east and living/dining/kitchen room faces west This is a private and quiet location only about 10mins walking from JR Kameoka station.
you have a nice view of the mountains and trains going by in the distance from the bedrooms
there is a kids english classroom below this flat, so during the weekdays you can hear young locals practicing english The lessons finish at 7pm so it’s quiet after that.
the entire house is remodeled and clean and in working order This is NOT a party house. Long stays are welcome. It is a great work or study environment..
